Trainee program - Norges Bank Investment Mangament

We are looking for graduates who are analytical and ambitious for our Trainee Program. Application deadline for our next Trainee Program will be communicated later.

The NBIM Trainee Program will give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the international financial markets while working for one of the world's largest funds.

Our Trainee Program offers work experience in areas such as Equity Research, Portfolio Management and Investment Analysis and will enable you to handle interesting and challenging positions in our organisation.

Our 12 month Trainee Program includes:

- Introduction seminar
- 1-2 rotations in different teams in Oslo with possibilities for assignments in our offices in London, New York or Shanghai
- Training program/skills sessions
- Mentor
- Individual follow-up and evaluation by mentor and trainee-coordinator
- Team and social events

The Program will allow you to focus on one particular area of interest as your specialisation. In addition you will rotate to other areas which will give you a better understanding of how NBIM operates and an insight into how other groups work.
