Another opportunity to start your career at Elof Hansson is to become a trainee. We require trainee candidates with the following qualities:
- Desire to learn how to do business - Knowledge of languages - Experience from studies and/or work in other countries - University degree in economics/commerce/business administration - Recently graduated
Design of the program
During the two-year trainee period trainees are placed at various divisions/departments for 3-6 months. Our Finance and Shipping departments are compulsory 'stations' for each trainee. In addition, one or two stays at our business areas are included in the program as well as a shorter period abroad at a subsidiary or an extensive business trip on foreign markets.
