Key information

Requirements

A university or polytechnic degree in economics/business studies with additional scientific skills or a scientific degree with an additional economics/business studies qualification or equivalent (e.g. MBA)

Profile

• Practical international experience (particularly in sales or marketing) during or since completion of studies
• High degree of mobility (permanent willingness to accept foreign assignments)
• Excellent command of English and a second language fluently, knowledge of German as well as further languages desirable
• A degree course with an international focus, high grades, preferably including a period spent studying or working abroad

Duration, start and course content

• Three years spent abroad (entirely in one country)
• Flexible start
• Job rotation, mainly in sales, marketing and controlling

Employment opportunities at the end of the program
Operational or strategic sales/marketing functions in regional business management or at headquarters

Contract

Three-year contract with the aim of offering participants a permanent employment contract on successful completion of the program
